ExFeel Implant system External Hex Implant System 1. Female screw This is the area where the fixture connects directly with the screw of prosthesis. It has the suitable size according to the screw of connected prosthesis and is produced to maintain the stronger connecting force by the application of specialized processing method. Undergo the cleaning process to remove the remaining foreign substances. 2. External hex area This is the area determines the compatibility of the height & diameter of hex with the prosthesis by contacting the inner parts of abutment. External hex diameter is comprised of the various sizes in line with the platform diameter sizes. The height of external hex is commonly 0.7mm

Sandblasted surface area Undergo the acid pickling process after conducting the sanding with the powder of biochemical substance, Hydroxyapatite(HA) on the surface of existing machined surface fixture. This is the area where the connecting area with the osseous tissue is maximized by expanding the surface area of fixture. It shows the dark grey color
